Steps to Transfer to Us

Switching hosts sounds risky. Here is exactly how we make it painless -- with zero downtime.

Worried that moving your website will mean downtime, lost emails, or a broken site? Here’s exactly how we handle a hosting transfer, step by step, so you know what to expect before you commit to anything.

Our transfer process

  1. Free account audit. Share your current hosting login (or have your current host grant us access) and we assess what’s actually on your site — files, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates.
  2. Full backup, before we touch anything. We take a complete backup of your current site as a safety net, so nothing is ever at risk.
  3. Migration to a staging environment. Your site is copied to our servers and tested privately — not live yet — so we catch and fix any issues first.
  4. DNS cutover, timed to avoid downtime. We switch your domain over during a low-traffic window, with your old host still live as a fallback until everything is confirmed working.
  5. Post-migration verification. We check every page, form and email account to confirm everything works exactly as it did — or better.

What we need from you

  • Access to your current hosting account (or your current host’s contact details)
  • Your domain registrar login, or authorization to make DNS changes
  • About 15 minutes of your time — we handle the rest

Why switch to us

Most migrations we run finish with zero downtime the visitor ever notices. If you’re dealing with slow load times, unreliable support, or you’ve simply outgrown your current host, moving is a lot less painful than most people expect.
